Don, what's the reference? What happened. I agree that we need to keep our tempers and egos in check. I'd venture to say that most of us are here to share and help each other out with problems; to offer solutions and share our collective knowledge. I'll keep this in mind, also, as I have been known to get my back up quickly, with someone who gets my back up.
