I just added this 1977 Schwinn Hollywood to my collection. All original, in excellent condition. Now I have a matching his & hers set.

Looks like it just came out of the box and assembled. Nice find.

Thanks, it has a few minor scratches, and the chain is a bit dry, but over all it is in excellent all original condition for a 40 year old bike! It is a perfect mate to my Typhoon!  ;)

That's a beauty!  Looks like a museum-quality specimen.

'74 Typhoon.  Rescued from the junk pile. Cleaned up very nice, and mostly all original, I think. Someone spray painted most of the chrome with silver paint, thus saving it.  A lot of elbow grease, and bearing grease, turned out quite nice for a survivor. :) Still with the "S" seat and orig. hand grips.

Nice save, though I think your Typhoon is actually a 1975. The blue for 1974 was Opaque Blue and it still had the round reflector on the rear fender. Sky Blue returned in 1975 and you would have had a square white reflector on the handlebars.

Typhoons have my favorite Schwinn frame. Very beautiful in its simplicity, IMO!
