Bought it 1989-90 ish, NOT A TIGER, NOT A PIXIE, was light/medium blue...for like a 4/5 yr old...been searching online catalogs, and cannot find a pic...any thoughts ?

In 1990 there was the Gremlin with 16" wheels that came in Intense Blue. Not sure if this is the model you are looking for, but maybe you can at least rule it out.

nope, it was a tad smaller, light blue, and came with training wheels

Could it have been the Schwinn Jeda? It originally came with training wheels. The one I bought for my kids was red like this one. However, I don't know if it came in blue.
When someone asks how many bikes I have, I now say, "Oh, over thirty" and leave it at that.
