Preware frame question

I have a prewar Schwinn frame I picked up a couple years back. I was looking at the pw reference stuff here, and went downstairs to check it out. I pulled the crank for a possible date, but someone put a monkey wrench on the center and scarred it up. It has a cyclelock? hole in the headtube, was this common, or did they specially build these for cyclelock forks? It has an Autocycle-ish sprocket, but the 3 circular holes around the center are much bigger than what's shown in the catalog illustrations. The serial is stamped very neatly and evenly on the BB, B13XXX. Apparently they started over with A in 36, and then over again with B in 38. Just putting it out there what y'all think what year and if it was a deluxe bike or not. Also the seller suggested it was a whizzer conversion due to a dent in the second tube, and the crank is sort of a double dog leg. -Adam
