Model A2079

(Sorry for the one blurry picture)

I haven't seen one of these before.
Kinda cool.
Yes it still glows in the dark.

Anyone know anything about it?
Andy?

That's a new one on me...

I know glow-in-the-dark stuff was around in the 1960s, especially popular in toys, but this is apparently 1950s. Aside from the wraparound label, is there an instruction sheet anywhere? If so, it'll have a printing date code on the bottom, using capital letters. (Maybe the wraparound label will, too; I can't see all of it from here.)

Wow, that's pretty cool. We had light sticks when I was in the Navy for working refueling other ships at night. That was in the 70's though.

There was no instruction sheet. Probably was
one at one time but not now.

No dates on the wraparound label or on the box.
Has triangle label on back that says...

Marion Ind Made in US(A?)
Delta Electric Company
Trade Mark Registered

The box says 50's to me but the light says 60's to my untrained eye.

Only thing I turned up close was this.

Light is almost identical, only difference is the hook end and the lettering.

A couple that are close in the Delta section of the flashlight museum.
