New guy in Colorado w/o a Schwinn
« on: March 30, 2015, 10:10:54 PM »
Hi,

I joined the forum because there looks like a ton of great information on bike restoration.  I actually just bought a Japanese version Yamaha Motobike to restore.  The Japanese/Euro models have the drum brakes.  I appreciate all the information and any help you can share.

Thanks,.
Chuck

That's a cool bike!  I don't think I've ever seen one like that.

Welcome to the forum. Those forks and front drum brake look like they came right off  an early 1970's Yamaha dirt bike. Pretty cool.  8)
